A surprising number of brewery founders come from technical or corporate backgrounds — IT consultants, software developers, engineers. People who are used to solving problems with systems, not people. In your previous career, you spun up servers, not staff rotas. You deployed code, not disciplinary procedures. You managed projects, not personalities.
